What are the health-related components of physical fitness?
Flexibility-The range of movement for any joint
Cardiovascular Endurance-ability of the heart, blood, blood vessels, and the respiratory system to supply oxygen and necessary fuel to the muscles during physical activity
Muscular Strength-The ability of a muscle group to apply a maximal force against a resistance one time.Muscular Endurance-The ability to repeat muscle movement for a long period of timeor resist fatigue.
Body Composition-the ratio of fat to muscle, bone, and other tissues that are in your body

Agility-The ability to change the position of your body quickly and to control your body’s movement.
Balance-The ability to keep an upright posture while
standing still or moving.
Coordination-The ability to use your senses together with
your body parts, or to use two or more body
parts together.

distance in a short period of time.
